Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rcvr.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Conditions

• • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return
• • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, orders enter our fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
