Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we get RCVR to your door.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout South Africa. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Free Shipping
We offer free delivery on all orders shipped within South Africa — no minimum spend required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your RCVR account dashboard.
Delivery Times
- • Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2–3 business days
- • Other urban areas: 3–4 business days
- • Rural areas: 4–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will announce international availability soon.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@rcvr.co.za and we will resolve the issue promptly.
